Great stay, 4th time in city. Everything superb. Friendly staff, especially receptionist. Rich, tasty breakfast. Welcoming buffet staff. Souvenir bracelet given before leaving. Excellent value for money. Will come again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Taksim Square. It is in close proximity to the Taksim metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore different parts of the city. There is also a great supermarket right in front of the hotel, perfect for grabbing any essentials you may need during your stay. Whether you want to shop till you drop or indulge in local cuisine, the hotel is surrounded by a bustling shopping hub and various cafes and restaurants.
There were some minor cleanliness issues reported by previous guests, such as dust in the rooms and insufficient cleaning in the bathrooms.

The hotel's location near Taksim Square was convenient for exploring. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff, especially Mr Rahim at the front desk, provided exceptional service - friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent hospitality. Its location was superb, with close proximity to Taksim Square, the shopping hub, and the Taksim metro.
